2. Goan Fish Curry:

3. Sorpotel:

 Is spicy and mostly made during Christmas festive and selected for weeding food. Goan Pork Sorpotel is derived from a Portuguese colony. The flavors are just incredible and amazing. The ingredients like pork and then sautéed and diced before cooking it in a spicy and vinegary masala. Goan Sorpotel or Vania cotta is a tangy and savory cuisine of the Konkan region of India.

4. Fish Recheado:

The Recheado mackerels is a tangy, spicy and shallow fried fish is a reddish paste filled with a stuffing of fishes. Once you have eaten this fried fish you are sure to fall in love with seafood. Kashmiri red chilies, spices, garlic ginger, and vinegar are the ingredients that enhance the taste of this traditional cuisine. People are fond of the red masala used to make this fish.

5. Crab Xacuti:

Curry or crab Xacuti is Indo- Portuguese cuisine and famous on the western coast of India. The only food which contains a mixture of seafood as well as chicken as a vital ingredient. The crab shells are so soft and fleshy, succulent, sweet, and juicy. The yellowish dish is served with white rice and complemented with pickles and papads. The dish is firstly preboiled and then coconut milk is added to enhance the taste of the dish and make it superb.

6. Goan Pork Vindaloo:

 The dish vindaloo is the most popular Portuguese dish called carne de vinha d’alhos which means meat marinated in wine-vinegar and sauteed in ginger and garlic. Vindaloo curry has a lot of benefits to our body. The spices like peppers, coriander, and cinnamon, and a nice fragrance to the dish. The dish reminds you of the cool blue beaches of goa .the dish takes a lot of time and eating eat will make you fall in love with pork.

7. Prawn Rissoles:

 A Portuguese snack that contains the filling of cheese with chicken, fish, or vegetables. The outer of the cuisine is made crisp by coating the layer of bread crumbs to it. The dried shrimp, chopped tomatoes and onions, toasted sesame seeds are ones which imparts a major role in making the dish remarkable.

8. Chicken Cafreal:

Chicken Cafreal is a tangy, utterly aromatic, rustic, firey, and a most mouth-watering dish of the Indian coastal region. People prepared it quite frequently and is mostly served along with sorpotel. 9. Goan Khatkhate:

 Khatakhate or Saraswat brahmin is one of the tastiest dishes of Maharashtra and the coastal region of Goa. The curry is made with fine vegetables, grated coconut, kokum, pepper, jaggery, and tamarind. The curry is a mixed vegetable Goan cuisine prepared for weddings, pujas, and other auspicious occasions. Mooli, potato, ratala, and carrots corn, and bhopala are the main ingredients of this cuisine.

10. Sannas:

Sugary spongy rice cakes a typical Western coastal Indian dish. Urad dal, rice, coconut milk, and coconut water are the main ingredients of this cuisine. Sannas is mostly served with Mangalorean catholic cuisine. The dish is mostly made at festive times like Ganesh Chaturthi, Makar Sakranti, and Saunsar Padova. The ingredients are first set aside for fermentation and thus it takes a lot of time to ready this desert.

11. Shark Ambot Tik:

 Shark Amot tik, ambot tik has two meanings tik means hot and spicy, and ambot means tangy and sour. A spicy-sour curry fish has a zingy taste in it.
