People who have taken the Covid-19 vaccine can receive their vaccination certificate via WhatsApp, said the Department of Health and Family Services on Sunday. Steps To Download Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate Using Whatsapp
- Save the MyGov Corona Helpdesk WhatsApp number – +91 9013151515 in your mobile contact list.
- Once saved open WhatsApp in your mobile and look for the saved MyGov number +91 9013151515.
- Type Download Certificate in the chat dialogue box
- Once you send a six-digit OTP will send to your registered mobile number on the CoWin application.
- Write the recieved OTP in the WhatsApp chat box with MyGov.
- You will recieve all the list of registered people on the CoWin site. You will be asked to select the certificate of the person to download.
- Type the number given with the person name
- Once you send it, you will recieve COVID-19 vaccination certificate. You can download the certificate and save on your phone.
In coming days, your vaccination certificate will be more important than your Aadhaar card, so it is important to download and keep it handy. Vaccination certificates will not only help restore normal life, but will also allow citizens to travel across national borders without a negative RT / PCR certificate.
If more than one person is registered, the user can choose which one to download in the WhatsApp chat window. If your registered mobile number has multiple members, Chatbot gives you the ability to download the certificate for each member as shown in the screenshot below.
