People who get good sleep are always refreshed, good sleep keeps our brain healthy.  If the mind remains fresh, then the thoughts will be good in every situation, because good sleep gives rest to the brain as well as other parts of the body.

Sleeping less or not taking the right amount of sleep can be fatal for us. You may have to deal with a disease related to the heart. According to the information, a study has shown that sleep is related to our heart. There is a higher risk of heart failure among those who take less sleep than those who take full sleep.

 What does the study say?

 1. According to the information, researchers researched about 4.08 lakh people sleeping in 2006 and 2010. Their age was between 27 and 73.

 2. Scorecards ranging from 1 to 5 were standardized to study the sleep habit of the people involved. Based on these things the sleep score is given

  1. Get up early in the morning.  Workout or exercise
  2.  Be sure to sleep for 7 to 8 hours.
  3.  Complete the amount of sleep, it will stop snoring. And there will be an advantage, no one will get disturbed because of you.
  4.  There is no condition of insomnia.

 And the results were as below

  •  There were 5,221 heart failure cases in 10 years.
  •  Those receiving 0–1 sleep scores were compared with those receiving 2, 3, 4, and 5 sleep scores.
  •  Those who get 2 sleep scores have a 15% lower risk of heart failure.
  •  Those with 3 sleep scores have a 28% lower risk of heart failure.
  •  Those with 4 sleep scores have a 38% lower risk of heart failure.
  •  Those who received a full 5 sleep score had a 42% lower risk of heart failure.
