- 2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 2 inch Ginger (optional)
- 2 teaspoon of honey

- Heat milk on medium flame to a boil.
- When the milk is boiling crush the Ginger properly and put it in the milk stir properly.
- Then add turmeric powder and honey mix it well.
