Every day we get up from the bed in the morning, the first thing we do is to make and sip it up. Some people do not even drink water or anything the first thing they do after opening eyes and getting fresh they drink the tea as it is. People do not realize how harmful it can be or it is causing their body already.
Some may be aware of it but I think the majority ratio is of the people who drink tea empty stomach, but tea can indeed cause some major diseases or problems in your body and health. Not just that tea isn’t preferable to have immediately before going to bed.
Tea is a fragrant drink generally readied by pouring hot or boiling water over remedied or raw leaves of the Camellia sinensis, an evergreen shrub. It is loved by mostly everyone, tea is said to be a healthy beverage also as using Camellia sinensis as a common beverage. In a clinical study over the early 21st century, tea has been researched vastly for its ability to reduce or increase the risk of human diseases, only if not excessive.
But whatever we consume needs a proper way of intake because of some logical reasons.
How can tea be harmful to the body
Tea is good for your health only if it is taken in a limited way and at the proper time. It is ok to have a cup of tea twice a day, but in the early morning, It shouldn’t be consumed empty stomach because Tea is acidic, and when people gulp tea on an empty stomach, it can result in acidity or heartburn, it can also cause severe digestion problems and cancer maybe. For the same reason, medical specialists advise against drinking tea before bed as well. This can direct to a disruption in the metabolic activities of your body as well.
The proper way to drink tea
So for a healthy intake of tea eat anything before consuming the tea apart from fruits because several fruits are acidic, which apparently will harm your body with this combination. Hence any other thing will work for it like you can have biscuits, brown bread or paratha will work too. But it is highly recommended to not eat acidic combinations or have tea on an empty stomach.
