Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries
Have these chocolate dipped strawberries for dessert drizzled over with milk and white chocolate.
Ingredients: 100gm dark chocolate (roughly chopped), 400gm strawberries, 30gm white and milk chocolate.
Method:
- Step 1: Melt the dark chocolate and fill a small pan with 2cm water and bring it to simmer. Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and rest it on top of the pan ensuring that the bowl isn’t touching the water. Stir the chocolate so that it gradually melt and then put the melted chocolate in a small deep bowl.
- Step 2: Gently hold the strawberries from top and dip them into the chocolate and afterward remove the excess chocolate by taping off and then leave it to set.
- Step 3: To decorate the strawberries drizzle melted white and milk chocolate over them
Instant Noodles Cheese Dosa

This dosa is a mixture of two different cuisines and tastes fabulous.
Ingredients:- Instant noodles cooked as required, Dosa batter, 8 tbs butter, 8tbs refined flour, 4 cup milk, grated processed cheese, salt to taste, crushed black peppercorn, schezwan sauce, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, coconut chutney, sambhar.
Method:
- Step 1: Heat butter in a deep non-stick pan and then add refined flour and saute it for 1-2 minutes taking care that the colour does not change.
- Step 2: Now add milk to it and whisk it so that there are no lumps. Cook for 2 minutes and then add 2 cups of grated processed cheese and then whisk it too till it melts. Afterward add salt and crushed black peppercorns and then mix them well.
- Step 3: Brush a heated non-stick dosa tawa with oil.
- Step 4: For making each dosa, pour a ladle full of batter and then spread it into a round dosa. Later add 2 tbs butter and spread the butter all over dosa.
- Step 5: Now add 2 tbs Schezwan sauce and spread it all over dosa then sprinkle some onions, tomatoes and capsicums and mash them slightly with a masher and then spread it all over the dosa.
- Step 6: Add 1 tbs coconut chutney and continue mashing toppings.
- Step 7: Now add 2-3 tbs instant noodles and pour some cheese sauce and sprinkle processed cheese over it.
- Step 8: At last cut the dosa into 4 strips and roll them. Serve it on a plate with some decoration.
Soya Paneer Tikki Sandwich
Prepare these absolutely delectable sandwiches with high protein content. Tasty and healthy both at the same time.

Ingredients: 4 tbs soaked soya granules, 1 cup cottage cheese, 4 hot dog buns, 1/2 tbs turmeric powder,
1 1/2 tbs red chilli powder, 3/4 tbs garam masala, 1 1/2 tbs coriander powder, 3/4 tbs cumin powder, salt, 2 tbs chopped coriander leaves, 4 tbs mayonnaise, oil, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1,2 cup refined flour, butter, peri peri mayonnaise, 1 cup iceberg lettuce leaves, tomatoes, cabbage, capsicum.
Method:
- Step 1: Take cottage cheese pieces, soya granules, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, coriander leaves and mayonnaise in a bowl and then mix them well with hand.
- Step 2: Heat a non-stick pan with some oil.
- Step 3: Spread some breadcrumbs on a plate and take corn flour slurry in bowl.
- Step 4: Make tikkis by dividing the cottage cheese mixture into small equal portions and then dip each tikki in slurry and coat them with breadcrumbs later.
- Step 5: Now place these tikkis in hot oil and shallow-fry them and don’t forget to turn sides till they become golden brown and crisp.
- Step 6: Now heat a nonstick tawa.
- Step 7: Cut hot dog buns horizontally, open them and apply some butter on the cut side and then place them on hot tawa with buttered side downwards and toast it till light golden brown appears.
- Step 8: Spread peri-peri mayonnaise on toasted sides of the hotdog buns. Now place some lettuce leaves and 3 soya paneer tikkis over the base side of the buns.
- Step 9: Place tomatoes on top of tikkis along with cabbage, capsicum strips and then put some peri-peri mayonnaise on top and now close the buns and serve them immediately.
Spicy Masala Prawns
Prawns are favourite seafood of many, make spicy masala prawns this valentine.

Ingredient: 25-30 medium cleaned prawns, 3 tbs ghee, 1 chopped onion, Chopped 5-6 cloves of garlic, 1 tbs coriander powder, 1 tbs cumin powder, 2 tbs red chilli paste, salt, tomato, 1 tbs vinegar, 2 tbs chopped fresh coriander.
Method:
- Step 1: Put ghee in a non-stick pan and heat it and then add onion and sauté them till they get translucent and then add garlic and sauté it till fragrant.
- Step 2: Now add coriander powder and cumin powder, mix them well and saute it for 1 minute.
- Step 3: Now add red chili paste and mix it well and saute it for 1 minute and later add salt, mix and also saute it for 1 minute.
- Step 4: Now add tomato and mix it well and then cover it and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 5: Now add prawns and mix them well and then add some water and then mix it and later cover and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
- Step 6: Tomato ketchup is added along with vinegar and mix them well and Cook it for 4-5 minutes.
- Step 7: Now add coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Step 8: Transfer this spicy masala prawns into a serving bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
Tomato Rice
Basic meal with a little bit twist is enough to make tummy and mood both happy.

Ingredients: 3-4 chopped medium sized tomatoes, 2 kolum soaked rice, 1 tbs oil, 1 tbs cumin seeds, 1 cup bottle gourd cut into cubes, 1 potato, salt, 1 slit of green chilli, 2 tbs ghee, raita, papad.
Method:
- Step 1: Oil is heated in a pressure cooker after which we add cumin seeds and we sauté it till they change colour.
- Step 2: Now add bottle gourd with potato and mix it and then sauté for a minute. Afterwards we add tomatoes and mix them and sauté them for 1-2 minutes.
- Step 3: Now add salt and green chilli and mix them well and saute them for 2-3 minutes. Now rice is added and then it is mixed well and then we add 3½ cups of water.
- Step 4: Now add ghee and then mix and then cooker is covered with its lid and food is cooked under pressure till 2-3 whistles are released.
- Step 5: Now transfer it into a serving bowl and serve it hot with raita or yogurt or with papad.
