- 3-4 fresh large chopped tomato
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornflour mixed in the water
- 1 medium-size finely chopped onion
- 2-3 green chili
- Freshly chopped coriander leaves
- Small pinch of sugar
- Salt to taste
- Take a pan, put ghee on medium flame add ginger garlic and chili sauté it.
- After that add the chopped onion in the ghee. Saute till onion turns soft and golden.
- Then add the tomatoes and properly saute them till it turns soft. Add salt in tomato and then mix it properly. Switch off the flame when tomatoes are soft and start to release the water.
- When the tomato mixture is cold enough, transfer it in the jar and grind it into a thick paste.
- After that again add the puree in the pan, heat it on medium flame.
- Boiled tomato soup for 2-3 minutes, then add the sugar, black pepper, and corn flour paste. mix it well.
- Boil the tomato soup till it turns thick in the texture.
- In the last garnish the tomato soup with coriander leaves.
