- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Medium diced Onion
- 2 Large chopped carrots
- 3 Minced garlic cloves
- 1 14-ounce can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Or cauliflower florets
- 4 cups Vegetable broth (or chicken broth)
- 1 ½ tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- ½ tsp Dried thyme
- 1 can White beans (such as cannellini)
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- ½ tbsp Black pepper
- 4 cups Greens (stemmed or chopped)
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)

- We will add oil according to need in the large pot or vessel. You can use a saucepan too. And we will sauté the material like carrots, onion and the celery. We will do that until it becomes tenderized.
