- After collecting the ingredients, and equipment’s, here you should start the recipe I have provided here. This recipe is the actual recipe that you should be using. - For the French fries, we are going to use large Potatoes. Which are actually not a Fresh harvest. Check with your vegetable vendor. We are sure they know the best.
- The potatoes should be nicely washed and scraped. We are going to peel this. And make sure that you have a very sharp potato peeler. So that you can remove a very very thin peel of the potatoes.
- Well, a lot of potato gets wasted, if you do not peel it correctly. This final yield of the French-fries made of the potatoes is actually reserved for a toss. The reason We are using old potatoes is because the moisture content in these potatoes is relatively lesser.

- These potato batons need to be fried exactly for 30 seconds. In moderately hot oil. And transferred on an absorbent kitchen paper.
