- 2 ripe bananas, sliced into 1/2" pieces
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 cup of milk (any milk by your choice)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup uncooked quick oats
- ¼ chopped walnuts or pecans
- ½ tablespoon baking powder
- ¾ tablespoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt according to your taste

- Preheat the oven to 375° F. Lightly sprinkle “9 x 9″ ceramic baking dish with cooking spray, set aside.
- Arrange the single layer of the bananas on the bottom side of the dish. Sprinkle half of the blueberries over the bananas, 1/4 tablespoon of the cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of the honey, and cover with foil.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until the bananas, get soft. After this mash it properly with the help of a fork.
