How to Make Scrambled Eggs

- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- Salt as per taste

- In a deep non-stick pan heat butter on medium flame.
- Break the eggs in a bowl add black pepper, salt in the yolk and whisk till it becomes frothy.
- Spread the egg yolk in the pan and properly mix it with butter.
- Use is a fork or silicone spatula, to stir the egg yolk. The yolk will thicken, and small curds will begin to form.
- Once the scrambled egg is in its real form as per your convenience switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves, you can sprinkle some black pepper on top of it. You can have it as it is or with bread. Eat before it gets cold.
