- 3 cups minced Mutton
- 4 Burger Buns
- 16-20 Garlic cloves
- Ginger roughly chopped 2 inches
- 24-28 Fresh coriander springs
- Black pepper powder as per taste
- Salt as per taste

- 4 tablespoons Oil
- 2 Medium onions
- Romaine lettuce leaves - As required
- 4 Cheddar cheese slices
- Mayonnaise - For drizzling
- English mustard - For drizzling

- Potato wedges - To serve

Here is an actual procedure for the mutton burger that we are going to follow, to prepare our delicious Mutton burger ready to eat.

- Preheat
Preheat oven to 180˚ C.
- Prepare the meat mixture
You have to blend mutton mince, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, salt, and pepper powder together to make a fine paste. Transfer it into a bowl, and add butter. After that mix it well.
- Add oil to pan
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and side by side follow the next steps.
- Make the patties
Make your palms wet with some water. Divide the above prepared mixture in first step into 8 equal parts. Now convert them into round balls by hand. After that shape it into some slightly thin patties. Cut onions into little thick slices.
- Prepare the caramelized onions
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan [ for one burger]. Now place a few onion slices in it, sprinkle salt and pepper powder and cook it.
- Grill or fry the patties
Place 1 patty on the the pan and cook it on high flame for approximately 3-4 minutes. Press it occasionally so that the patty doesn’t loses its shape. Keep turning the patties, to cook and fry them from both sides. Once they get cooked then turn off the gas. Here you don’t have to cook or fry much, you have to grill it little only. Do the same for all patties.
- Bake it
After that Place the patties on a baking tray. Keep the baking tray with patties in the preheated oven. Bake it for 5 minutes.
- Don’t forget that caramelized onions
Side by side, remove the caramelized onions from the pan and set them aside.
- Make the buns
Cut a burger bun horizontally into three equal slices. Place the bun slices on a nonstick tawa. Apply butter on both the sides and toast. Heat them till they crisp. Remove them from the tawa pan and keep them on the table or dish.
- Arranging overall look
Take one of the slices of hamburger bun. Place 1 cheddar cheese slice on it. Top it with some torn lettuce and caramelized onion slices. Drizzle English mustard, mayonnaise, and tomato ketchup. Place 1 patty on it and top it with some more torn lettuce. Make the remaining burgers similarly.
