Recipe of Green smoothie
- Milk and other spices (Optional)
- 5-10 properly washed Spinach leaves (you can take more or less)
- 3-4 kiwi peeled Kiwi (properly washed).
- 1- 2 peeled Orange, you can remove the skin of the Orange (optional).
- Put three of them together and blend them properly.
- You can add a little amount of milk and spices to enhance the taste. (Optional)
- Your healthy green smoothie is good to go!
