It can always maintain your body water level, and keep you away from the dehydration. The watermelon tastes good and make you healthy. So, you shouldn’t ignore such a useful fruit at all.

2. Helps to improve the situation in the Diabetes and reduce it

If you think that it is not true, then wait, I have some facts. As we know that diabetes is related with the glucose metabolism. The watermelon regulates the glucose metabolism. It does it by the l arginine production which is an important amino acid for the glucose metabolism. So, whenever you eat watermelon, don’t worry about the diabetes at all.

3. Helpful in the Weight Loss therapy and diet

As said earlier, watermelon is full of the water. Its water content is main key for the weight loss. When you consume watermelon, you can feel full of the stomach, and your hunger can be finished with some bites. But it does not have that much calories. As everyone knows that the water circulation is very important for the weight loss. Watermelon maintains your water level and keeps you hydrated every time, also decreases your cravings etc. etc.

How to Make Watermelon Parfait?

Ingredients

  • 260 gms Yogurt
  • ¼ Watermelon
  • ¼ Pineapple
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 Apples
  • 6-7 kiwis
  • 3-4 tbsp Pomegranate
  • ½ cup Goji berry
  • Guava juice, Cereals, Pine nuts

Instructions

Steps

1. First of all you have to take all the fruits you want in one glass bowl or any other bowl. Mix all the fruits well. Then you will have to add guava juice to it.

2. Now you will take a jar. After that you will add a layer of yogurt to it.  Then you have to add the layer of fruits that we mixed earlier.

3. Then you will add the layer of the pre-soaked oats to the jar containing yogurt and fruit layer.

4. We will add now another layer of the yogurt to it. Then you have to add pine nuts and cereals on it in the jar.

5.Then You can add now another layer of fruits. Also, here you will have to add the oats and then have to add a final layer of the yogurt on the top. Now your recipe is done. You can top up with some nuts and other fruits or etc. you want.

6. Let it chilled for some time. After some time Serve it chilled. Enjoy it.
