An account created by someone with fake information like name date of birth, residence etc. is a fake account. It may be of a kid or an adult or an aged person. Maybe a kid created a profile for fun an adult create it to prank someone or with other intentions. But it is very hard to know if an account is fake or not.

Fake accounts are used worldwide by many people and many of the real users get fooled by them. The real account user will think that it is a real girl and is interested in him.
