An initiative is always needed in everything, whatever we do in our lives, we need a guidance type of initiative to achieve something. The person who takes the effort to do something is known as, volunteer, who willingly does some activity that helps him/herself as well as the others.

That’s why people celebrate International Volunteers Day on the 5th of December, to praise the contribution of them. It was established by the United Nations in 1985 as a global ceremony day to commemorate the ability and potential of volunteerism.
It is a chance for volunteers, and volunteer institutions, to put forward attention to and increase awareness of, the contribution they bring to their societies.
